Add or Remove Users from K1 Aggregator

Please reach out to the K1x Support Team to manage K1 Aggregator users. You can contact our Support Team by clicking the Get Help button within our applications, through the Help Center, or directly at support@k1x.io.

Note: This process applies only to users who authenticate directly with K1x. It does not apply to organizations that use Single Sign-On (SSO). For SSO-enabled organizations, K1x Support cannot add, remove, or manage user access. User provisioning and access are controlled by your organization's identity provider (IdP) and IT administrator. Please contact your IT administrator if you need to add, remove, or modify an SSO user's access.

When contacting Support to add or remove non-SSO users, please include the following information for each user:

First Name
Last Name
Email Address
