The element 'Officer' in namespace 'http://www.ftb.ca.gov/efile' has invalid child element 'Phone' in namespace 'http://www.ftb.ca.gov/efile'. List of possible elements expected: 'Name' in namespace 'http://www.ftb.ca.gov/efile'.

How to Resolve

1. Navigate to Basic Data -> General Information -> Signers section or the Form 199, California Signer Information page. 
2. Fill out the data.
3. Click Save.
4. Re-Run the e-file validation Tool.
