Error Generating Form 5471

One of the most likely issues for the PDF generation error is missing information in table rows. Here are some examples:

You must enter values in columns C and D on Schedule B - Shareholders of Foreign Corporation

Part I - U.S. Shareholders of Foreign Corporation table.

Part II - Direct Shareholders of Foreign Corporation table.

All Schedules

Empty table rows in any Schedules/Parts, such as Schedule R shown below will cause form generation to fail.
