F990T | I Entered Multiple Activities on Schedule A, but Only See One Schedule A in the PDF

Issue:

We have multiple 990-T, Schedule A activities, however the PDF shows 1 activity, and the amounts are being combined.

Solution:

If either NAICS or Unrelated Business Activity codes are the same for multiple activities, they will produce a single, combined Schedule A. To produce multiple Schedules A, these codes should be unique across all activities.

• Regularly save your work and verify changes before refreshing or navigating away from the page.
