Answer:

The shrink-to-fit feature is working as designed.

Our system adjusts font size based on the length of the text. The minimum font size is 6 pixels to ensure legibility within the constraints of the IRS-provided space. Data exceeding the space available at 6px font size will be moved to a whitepaper statement. If you wish to not have the text flow to a whitepaper statement, you can amend the character length. Various fields have different max character limitations as set by the IRS MeF schema.
