Integrations with Wolters Kluwer CCH Axcess 

  • K1x provides a seamless 4-step process to integrate data from K1x products to CCH Axcess.
  • K1x is a member of the CCH Marketplace. What this means is firms are not required to have their own "Tax Transfer" license in order to integrate with CCH Axcess.
  • If firms have tax transfer licenses, these integrations do not impact the firm's direct purchase counts.
  • The K1x subscription fee includes an embedded payment from K1x to WK for this integration.

Items to note about CCH Axcess Integration

  • Taxing jurisdictions in green integrate directly with CCH Axcess today.
  • Taxing jurisdictions in yellow are on WK's roadmap for tax years as noted. K1x plans to support these integrations as soon as they are available in CCH Axcess.
  • Integrations are to "override" fields rather than worksheet pages subject to the CCH Axcess calculation engine.
  • K1x is preparing a schedule to identify manual entry required per taxing jurisdiction and/or import capabilities to alleviate manual work. Much data flows from federal.
  • K1x is in continuing discussions with WK about expanding the integration scope. If there are priority states, please share those with us.

Integrations with Thomson Reuters OIT, OIT Express RS, OTT and GoSystem RS

  • K1x provides a seamless 4-step process to integrate data from K1x products to Thomson Reuters products.
  • For K-1 Aggregator, TR, in collaboration with K1x, has built a custom integration compatible with GoSystem RS, ONESOURCE Income Tax, ONESOURCE Trust Tax and ONESOURCE Income Tax Express RS.
  • For K-1 Navigator, K1x leverages the Direct K-1 (available under "Data Connection") integration feature in GoSystem RS.
  • The K1x subscription fee includes an embedded payment from K1x to TR for this integration.

Integrations with 990 Tracker

  • 990 Tracker is a K1x product. As such, integrations are one-click and comprehensive from K1 Aggregator to 990 Tracker Form 990T.
  • There is no additional integration charge for 990 Tracker/K1 Aggregator integrations.
