Passive versus nonpassive treatment is determined within CCH Axcess, rather than through a separate K1 Aggregator mapping configuration. ### How K1 Aggregator Sends the Data K1 Aggregator sends the mapped K-1 data to the **Partnership Passthrough** activity in CCH Axcess. **K1 Aggregator is passive/nonpassive agnostic.** This means K1 Aggregator does not determine whether the activity should receive passive or nonpassive treatment on Schedule E, Page 2. ### How CCH Axcess Determines the Classification Within CCH Axcess, the **Class option** on the K-1 activity record determines how CCH reports the activity.
