How to Activate Form 1118

Navigate to Tax Forms -> Form 990-T -> 990-T Parts I, II and III.

Note: Corporations should attach Form 1118. Trusts should attach Form 1116.

  1. Navigate to Tax Forms -> Form 990-T -> 990-T Parts I, II and III.
  2. Scroll down to Part III - Tax and Payments -> Form 990-T, Part III, Line 1a.
  3. Check the box to activate Form 1118.
  4. Click the "Save" button in the Tools bar.
  5. Form 1118 is now active under Tax Forms -> Form 990-T.
