How to Activate Form 4562

Note: Form 4562 can be activated for each Line Item.

  1. Navigate to Tax Forms -> Form 990-T -> Schedule A Tab.
  2. Check the box to activate Form 4562.
  3. Click the "Save" button in the Tools bar.
  4. Form 4562 is now active under Tax Forms -> Form 990-T.
