How to Activate Form 8582

Note: This form is specific to Trusts.

1. Navigate to Tax Forms -> Form 990-T -> Schedule A Tab.
2. Scroll down to Part I - Unrelated Trade or Business Income.
3. Check the box to activate Form 8582 .
4. Click the "Save" button in the Tools bar.
5. Form 8582 is now active under Tax Forms -> Form 990-T.
