How to Activate Schedule I (Form 1041)

Navigate to Tax Forms -> Form 990-T -> 990-T Parts I, II and III.

Note: This form is specific to Trusts.

  1. Navigate to Tax Forms -> Form 990-T -> 990-T Parts I, II and III.
  2. Scroll down to Part II - Tax Computation-> Form 990-T, Part II, Line 5.
  3. Check the box to activate Schedule I (Form 1041).
  4. Click the "Save" button in the Tools bar.
  5. Schedule I (Form 1041) is now active under Tax Forms -> Form 990-T.
