In the interim, for Form 990-T, please use the 4th month after the close of the tax year for Part IV, Line 19. We are coordinating with our Tax Law Specialist to determine if the instructions for this line need to be changed.

Steps to Resolve:

  1. Navigate to Tax Forms -> Form 990-T -> Form 2220 -> Part IV, Line 19
  2. Use the "Override" checkbox to update the date to the 4th month after the close of the tax year. (ex: a Calendar Year Filer would update to 4/15/2023)
  3. Hit the Save button in Tools Bar
