IRS Rejection Reason

Missing Data: Form 990-PF, 'GrantOrContributionPdDurYrGrp', for each entry in the list "Grants and contributions paid during the year", if a 'RecipientPersonNm' or 'RecipientBusinessName' is present, the 'RecipientUSAddress' or 'RecipientForeignAddress', 'GrantOrContributionPurposeTxt' and the 'Amt' must be provided.

Resolution:

  1. Navigate to Tax Forms -> Form 990-PF -> Part XIV, Line 3a
  2. Fill in any missing data for your entries
  3. Click the "Save" button in the Tolls Bar
  4. Submit your return
