Missing Document: If Schedule A (Form 990-T), TotalOrdinaryGainLossAmt has a value greater than zero, then Form 4797 must be present in the return.

Issue: The client needs to submit Form 4797 with the 990-T return.
Resolution:
- Activate and fill out Form 4797 (see linked article below)
- Resubmit the return
