Virginia e-file validation error: The 'http://www.irs.gov/efile:State' element is invalid - The value 'NONE' is invalid according to its datatype 'http://www.irs.gov/efile:StateType' - The Enumeration constraint failed.

How to Resolve

1. Navigate to Basic Data -> General Information
2. State or Country of Legal Domicile
3. Pick a State from the Drop Down Menu
4. Click Save in the Tools Bar
