How to Upload Client Documents in the Deliverables section

You may significantly enhance the direct line of communication with your client by utilizing K-1 Navigator to deliver completed deliverables via the Client Portal.

You may significantly enhance the direct line of communication with your client by utilizing K-1 Navigator to deliver completed deliverables via the Client Portal. Documents posted in this section will not be visible on the Investor Portal.

  1. Under the “Deliverables” drop-down box, select “Client Documents”, then “Supporting Documents.”
  2. To add a new deliverable, select “New Document.”
  3. Give the document a name and add a comment for the client, then upload the file. The upload must be a zip file.
  4. Select “Yes” to make it available to the client.
  5. Hit “Add Document.”





  6. If you need to delete the File, click on the Delete Icon or Right Mouse click on the File and click Delete, then click OK on the pop up window.
