1. Create a Package

• • You can create multiple packages for versioning purposes if needed.

  • Choose whether the package is a draft and add a watermark if desired.

2. Create Package Sections

• • Package sections represent either a single document or a grouping of documents.

3. Add Documents to Package Sections

• • Options include:

    • K-1 forms (Federal only for the April release, NY & CA coming soon)

    • K-3 forms (excluding Part XII for the April release)

    • PDF file uploads

    • Statements created from templates

  • Choose which investor(s) will receive the documents when adding them to the sections.

4. Generate K-1 Packages

• • You can generate K-1 packages in bulk via the "Generate Packages" button above the investor list or individually through the ellipsis menu in an investor's row in the investor list.

5. Download K-1 Packages

• • Download packages individually or in bulk using similar options.

Note: As of the April release, Federal K-1 and K-3 (excluding Part XII) are the only forms supported. The complete K-3 and state K-1s/K-1 equivalents will be added in future releases.
