K-3 Summary Report, Part X Section 3 Not Loading

Issue:

The K-3 Summary report Part X, Section 3, displays "Loading," but the data never loads.

Solution:

A common cause of this is the SIC Code field on Line 5 of Part X, Section 3. Please review your activities to ensure the entry is 3-digits with no additional characters. Only 3 numbers should be entered in this field.
