What's Changed:

System performance improvements

• Increased page load performance by over 2x on Taxable income, UBTI, M-3, Manage Investments, State Data and Review Investments screens

K-3 Forms

• Schedule K-3 — Part X Section 1 Lines 15, 16, and 19 are now supported end-to-end, so entered values are reflected in calculations, exports, and PDFs.

Federal Forms

• Form 8621 — Corrected data population issues in Part I.
• Form 8865
  • Fixed a printing error affecting the General Information section and address fields.
  • Fixed a PDF printing issue on Schedule M-1, Line 6.
• Form 926 / Form 8865 — Fixed an issue where calculated "Amount Transferred" values were not flowing to these forms.
• Schedule K-3 Export — Export now uses country codes instead of full country names, matching the K1 Creator export format.

State Forms

• Fixed a data consistency issue that could cause State Taxable Income to be double-counted between instance-level and investment-level calculations.

Federal/State UBI

• Fixed an issue where a manually entered percentage in the "Multiply Federal By" field would disappear after being typed.

Document Upload & Processing

• Fixed an error that could prevent uploaded K-1 documents from completing processing.

Data Import/Export

• Fixed an issue where exporting investments and reimporting under "Estimate" removed existing line item breakouts.

Data Integrity

• EIN/Entity ID fields no longer pick up extraneous text and now hold only the clean identifier value.

Foreign Forms

• Fixed an issue where foreign corporation investments with a form type of "None" defaulted to an incorrect view.

Reports

• Fixed the K-1 Taxable Line Item Summary report filter so it correctly displays Activities.
