Check out the following changes that have been introduced as part of this K1x release.

990 Tracker

Features

  • Enabled States (2025): User Interface and PDF generation have been enabled for the following additional states: AK, CO, MD, NM, and NY.

  • Master Compensation: The template for the Export and Import of Master Compensation has been moedernized allowing an exported template file to be re-imported into 990 Tracker without additional steps.

Bug Fixes

  • Form 990 Schedule A, Part V, Section E, Line 4c: The calculation for line 4c has been adjusted to properly reflect the result of line 4 less Line 4a and Line 4b.
  • Form 990-PF Schedule B: With this release names and address of contributors are displayed on the public disclosure copy of Schedule B, as appropriate.
  • Form 4720: With this release amounts from Form 990 Schedule C for organizations that do not belong to an affiliated group flow to Form 4720.
  • Form 8949: This release addresses an issue with pages of Form 8949 printing in improper order.
  • California Form 109/199 (2024): With this release the option enabling the electronic filing only of page 1 has been modified to only apply to Form 109.
  • California Form 109, Schedule A: With this release an issue with efile validation failing when Schedule A was not applicable has been addressed.
  • Alabama: NOL and UBI statements will now print as part of package printing, when applicable.
  • Idaho: NOL and UBI statements will now print as part of package printing, when applicable.
