What Changed

New State Forms Available

  • Minnesota — All forms are now available for PDF.
  • Tennessee — All forms are now available for PDF and e-file.
  • Louisiana — All forms are now available for PDF and e-file.
  • Nebraska — All forms are now available for PDF.
  • Oregon — Pass-Through Entity Withholding
    Users can now enter pass-through entity withholding detail directly on Oregon Form OR-20, Line 24. The new entry panel accepts entity name, EIN, and amount; the total flows automatically to the form and prints as a supporting statement.


Fixes (Bugs / Stability)

Federal Forms

  • Form 8879-TE — EIN now prints with the correct hyphen format, and dollar amounts in Part I now include commas.
  • Form 990, Part VII, Section A — Average hours per week (Filing Org) now correctly appears in printed PDFs and exported XML instead of displaying "0.0."
  • Form 990, Part IV, Lines 25a & 25b — Yes/No selections for 501(c)(29) organizations now print correctly on the PDF.
  • Form 990, Schedule B, Part III — Contributor row numbers from Part I now map to the correct column (Column A) in Part III on the PDF for tax years 2024 and 2025.
  • Form 990, Schedule K, Part IV — Column designations (e.g., C and D) now correctly correspond to the bond issuers listed in Part I.
  • Form 990-PF, Part XIV, Line 3a — Foundation status values (including SO-DP, SO I, SO II, SO III FI, and SO III NFI) no longer trigger e-file validation errors.
  • Form 990-T / Form 3800, Part III, Line 1aa — Elective payment credits now correctly flow to Form 990-T, Part III, Line 6g instead of Line 1c.
  • Form 3800, Part II, Section C, Line 32 — Credit carryover amounts from Part IV, Line 5, column (d) now flow correctly to Line 32, consistent with IRS form instructions.
  • Form 3800, Part IV, Line 4f — The tax year now appears correctly in printed PDFs and no longer prints blank.
  • Form 3800 — Elective Payment Statements — When multiple activities each have an elective payment entry, a separate whitepaper statement now generates for each activity.
  • Form 3800 — Pass-Through Entity EIN — Pass-through entity EINs entered in Part III–IV Activities now correctly appear in Part IV totals in both the UI and the PDF.
  • Form 7217 — Layout and formatting issues introduced in a prior release have been corrected.
  • Form 990, General Information — Group Return Diagnostics — The false diagnostic error for Items H(a), H(b), and H(c) on group returns has been resolved.

State Forms

  • California Form 109 (CA 109)
    • Package printing no longer fails when California Form 109 is included.
    • XML generation on the e-file Step 3 screen now works correctly.
    • Preparer/signer section corrections: date, telephone, FEIN formatting, and address display now populate and format as expected.
    • CA 109 & 199 e-file submissions no longer return an Error status after submission.
  • California Form 199 — Schedule B donor detail statements now correctly populate on CA Form 199.
  • Form 8879-SO — State e-file signature authorization forms (including TN, NM, and KS) are no longer blank.
  • Nebraska Form 1120N — The tax year ending date now prints in full (including the year) on the PDF.
  • North Carolina CD-405 — The FEIN and SSN fields for preparer ID are no longer greyed out when the return is unlocked; the PTIN label now displays correctly.
  • Montana State Return — The UBI Whitepaper statement now prints as part of the Montana state return PDF.
  • Pennsylvania Form BCO-10, Page 3, Line 13 — The whitepaper statement now matches what is entered in the UI; text is no longer missing or duplicated.
  • Wisconsin Reports, Page 3 — Checkboxes and radio buttons now appear correctly in the 2024 and 2025 PDF output.
  • Arizona (990-T & Estimates) — Zip codes overridden from 9-digit to 5-digit format now print as 5 digits only, without the trailing dash and blank.
  • Michigan Extension Form 4 — The extension due date now correctly displays as October 31 (previously showed October 30).
