Hello! Please review the following changes that have been introduced as part of this K1x release. ### 990-Series Solutions - **Form 3800** - **Passive Credits:** Part I, Line 2 has been adjusted to include amounts from line 2zz columns (e) and (f), as appropriate. - **NEW Form 8846 (TY 2023):** Form 8846, Credit for Employer Social Security and Medicare Taxes Paid on Certain Employee Tips has been added to supported 3800 credits for electronic filing. - **Rate Updates:** Tax rates for 2024 have been updated within the Extension and State Data Grids. - **Form 990 Part VII:** Functionality for adding records to Section B has been restored. - **Form 990, Part IV:** Wording for Part IV, Line 2 has been modified to match the form. - **Form 990, Part IV:** Line 11e has been updated to indicate yes if Part X, Line 10c or Line 25 is greater than zero. Previously it was checked based on line 26. - **Lobbying Activities:** Schema has been updated to include Lobbying Activities in the XML as appropriate and may be electronically filed. - **California Form 109:** - Statements for lines 19 and 20 have been modified to allow for state values to be modified, when different from federal data. - Line 30 presentation has been modified to display zero versus blank when the calculated value is zero. - **Maryland:** - Self-prepared returns will no longer include Paid Preparer tags in XML and may be electronically filed. - Maryland Form 500 returns with Federal taxable income equal to zero may now be electronically filed. - **Minnesota:** Placement of Title and PTIN on Form MN4P have been modified to match the form. - **Tennessee:** Placement of EIN on Form FAE 170 has been modified to match the form. - **Virginia:** Data entry fields have been enabled for Form 500 Page 2, Line 10 - Nonrefundable tax credits.
