Form 3468 - Investment Credit

Form 6765 - Credit for Increasing Research Activities

Form 8846 - Credit for Employer Social Security and Medicate Taxes Paid on Certain Employee Tips

Form 8882 - Credit for Employer-Provided Child Care Facilities and Services

Form 8936 - Clean Vehicle Credit

Form 5884 - Work Opportunity Credit​

Form 8586 - Low-Income Housing Credit​

Form 8820 - Orphan Drug Credit​

Form 8994 - Employer Credit for Paid Family and Medical Leave​

  • Form 3800: This release addresses an issue with CAMT and BEAT checkboxes both being marked when only one applies.
  • Form 8995: This release addresses an issue with Line 12 allowing a negative value. This line will now display zero when there is a loss on Schedule D.
  • Form 990-W: This release enables the editing of 990-W installment due dates and addresses an issue with dates not displaying as expected.
  • Form 1118, Schedule B XML: This release addresses an issue with the XML improperly including a value for Schedule B, Part II, Line 12 when it is was a value of 0.
  • Schedule A:
    • Part V: This releases an issue with Section C, Line 2 not previously populating.
    • Import Template: Options for type of Organization have been updated to be consistent with IRS options and User Interface options in Tracker.
    • Import Template: Tax Years within the import template have been updated.
  • Schedule K: This release makes improvements to Schedule K, Part I, Column F data presentation and production of white paper supplement.
  • Schedule R: This release addresses an issue with the Country name not matching in the user interface and the import template causing the import to not occur for certain entries.
  • Schedule B:
    • With this release address data on Schedule B will not be truncated.
    • Statement order has been updated to match the order of the related form lines.
  • Alabama Form 20C: This release addresses an issue with the behavior for the consolidated federal group checkbox being marked when not applicable.
  • California CA-199 E-file: This release addresses an issue with returns being rejected when selection the "Page 1 only" filing option for CA-199.
  • Illinois AG990-IL: Line 10 has been modified to produce a white paper if text is longer than the form space allotted.
  • New York CT-13: The check box to indicate Final/Termination has been enabled with this release.
  • Virginia Form 8879 or 8453: This release addresses an issue with missing signature information and PIN values.
  • Maine Form 1120ME: This release addresses an issue with Paid Preparer information flowing to the return when not applicable.
  • Iowa Signature Information: This release addresses an issue with the presentation of officer name and title.
  • Extension Signatures NY and CT:  This release adds missing signature information to the NY CT-5 and CT-990-T and the CT-990T, respectively.
  • Diagnostics:  This release addresses an issue with a 990-T diagnostic for QBI deduction being over the allowed amount triggering improperly.
  • Package Printing:  This release addresses an issue with some engagements in package printing encountering a "Unknown cause of failure."
  • Transmittal Letter: With this release Transmittal letter management access is properly limited to administrator accounts.

K-1 Aggregator

  • California Resident / Nonresident Logic: indicate state of residency at the instance level, and any CA / NY K-1 data extract and mapped in the user interface will reflect the instance's indicated state residency. Only NY and CA at the moment and works on CA/NY K-1s going forward (e.g. this will not be retroactive to previously uploaded CA and NY K-1s).
  • Default to Fed/State TI Tab: Upon clicking "Edit Investment" for any particular investment, user is taken directly to the Federal/State taxable income tab.
  • Add Client Software ID: If a Return ID is associated with a particular instance, instance name will be appended to reflect the return ID.
  • Instance & Investment Level: Adjust # Items per Page: Control how many items you view on a page at a time (10, 50, 100, 200)
  • Default Direct to the First Non-Summary Activity: If an investment only has one activity, user is directly taken to that activity (rather than summary).
