Fixes (Bugs / Stability)
Federal Forms
  • Form 5471 — The Schedule H-1 tab now displays in the Form 5471 tab banner and its fields are editable when Category 4, 5a, or 5b filer is selected; previously the schedule appeared only in the generated PDF and could not be edited.
  • Form 8858, Schedule M — The Name of FDE or FB on Schedule M, Page 1 now correctly carries the name from Form 8858, Page 1, Line 1a instead of printing blank.
  • Form 926 — Saving entered data no longer triggers an intermittent "object Object" error that discarded a full page of inputs; saves now complete reliably without data loss.
  • General Information (K-1) — Item C ("Does this partnership file with the IRS?") radio-button selections and Item H2 (Disregarded Entity) fields now persist correctly when navigating away from and back to the tab.
  • K-3 — Several JSON / K1x file export and UI gaps were resolved:
    • Final K-3 and Amended K-3 indicators are now included in the JSON response and K1x file, consistent with the existing K-1 indicators.
    • Part XI Section 871(m) data entered in the UI now populates in the JSON export.
    • Part IV, Section 1 now displays lines 3a and 3b in the UI.
  • K1x Line 11 JSON Values — Values with code dropdowns now sum correctly in the JSON response to match the UI total and detail breakdown, instead of returning zero.
  • K-1 Income/Expense Summary — The exported report now leaves blank lines blank to match the UI, rather than printing zeros for null values.
State Forms
  • Missouri (MO-NRP) — State K-1 extraction now maps partner-level Missouri source values from Column (e) instead of partnership-level values from Column (b).
  • State Withholding — Withholding is no longer incorrectly added to Ordinary business income (loss) in the Taxable Income and UBI tabs.
Reader Extraction
  • 1041/1120-S Extraction — Corrected missing and incorrect field extraction for federal and state K-1s pulled via API, including federal 1041/1120-S box values.
Stability
  • Manage Investments — Resolved slow load times and intermittent timeout errors on large instances in both the standard and Enhanced Grid views.
K-1 Reader — Updated to the 2026.06.2 engine release with extraction improvements.
