Manually Sort Table Rows in 990 Tracker Using the Sort Order Column

Search

If you'd like to sort the rows of your tables in 990 Tracker in a specific order, you can manually change the default sort order using the Sort Order column on a table.

CHANGE THE DEFAULT SORT ORDER

  1. On each table, there is a column labeled "sort". The sort order will change based on the order assigned in this column.
  2. The default sort shows a "0" in the sort column for all entries.
  3. To sort manually, change the "0" to the preferred sort position.
  4. For instance, to assign the first row position, change the sort number to "1", for the second position in the list, change the sort number to "2", and so on.
  5. Any rows left as "0" will maintain a default sort order after the custom-ordered rows.
