[Account Management - SSO & Okta](https://support.k1x.io/general?hsLang=en-us#account-management-sso-okta) December 8, 2025 # Set up Okta Verify on a New iOS device ## Add your Okta Verify account to an iOS device from the apps dashboard Settings page If you already use Okta Verify and want to set up your account on a new device, you might be able to start a new enrollment from. ### Add your Okta Verify account to an iOS device from the apps dashboard Settings page If you already use Okta Verify and want to set up your account on a new device, you might be able to start a new enrollment from the Okta End-User Dashboard. Some restrictions apply. - Ensure that you can still access the Okta End-User Dashboard. You must meet at least one of these conditions: - You still have the old device that you registered with Okta Verify and the app is still working. - In addition to Okta Verify, you previously set up at least one other security method such as SMS (text), email, or Security Key or Biometric Authenticator (among others). - If you don’t have other security methods set up and can't access your company's Okta End-User Dashboard account, contact your company’s help desk. ### In a browser, kick off a new Okta Verify enrollment from the dashboard Settings page 1. From a browser, sign in to your organization's Okta End-User Dashboard. If you can't sign in, contact your company’s help desk. 2. Click the arrow next to your name and go to Settings. 3. If the Edit Profile button appears, click it. 4. Scroll down to Extra Verification. In some organizations, this section is called Security Methods. - If Okta Verify is in the Security methods section, click Set up another. Click Set up to confirm that you’re setting up Okta Verify and follow the instructions. - If Okta Verify is in the Extra Verification section, click Remove. When prompted to confirm removal, click Yes and follow the instructions. In the Okta Verify row, click Set up and follow the prompts. ### Install Okta Verify and add an account 1. If you don't have Okta Verify on your device, download it from the Apple App Store and install it. 2. Open the app and follow the instructions to complete the account setup.
