The report is related to the K-1 Income/Expense Summary on Review Investments. #### **K-3 Summary** Allows you to view K-3 data at the highest to the lowest level. Both on screen and in excel the data can be expanded or contracted to examine high level concerns or dive into specific areas. This report is broken out by part & section, category, country and entity. #### **State Unrelated Business Income (If 990)** Consolidates state UBI information from all investments including Taxable Income, Withholdings, Composite Adjustments and Additions and subtractions. #### **Form 990-T Reporting Summary (If 990)** Created based on selections from the K-1 Income/Expense Summary report. Allows you to create a report to easily review against the tax return. #### **Form 990-PF Reporting Summary (If 990)** Created based on selections from the K-1 Income/Expense Summary report. Allows you to create a report to easily review against the tax return. #### **Form 1040 Reporting Summary (1040 Only)** Created based on selections from the K-1 Income/Expense Summary report. Allows you to create a report to easily review against the tax return. #### **199A Data Overview** Summarizes all 199A data across all investments. Export to excel by right-clicking your mouse. #### **State Taxable Income** Consolidates state information from all investments including Taxable Income, Withholdings, Composite Adjustments and Additions and subtractions. #### **State Data Overview** State Data Overview is a panel for all line item detail extracted from state K-1s #### **Additional Disclosures** Provides a count of how many of each foreign form have been noted for preparation. #### **Transfer Summary** Summarizes 926 transfers by transferee across the portfolio. Provides both current year and rolling 12 month transfer amount for easy review and risk management. ### **Reports & Exports** #### **Input Summaries** #### **K-1 Line Item Summary** Allows you to view Federal taxable income or UBI from your K-1s and shows which taxable line item they are currently mapped to. The report is related to the K-1 Income/Expense Summary on Review Investments. #### **State K-1 Summary** Lists the Taxable Income (or UBI, if applicable) allocated to each state and gives a snapshot apportionment summary if applicable to the investment. #### **State Net Operating Loss Summary (NOL)** Provides a listing of the state net operating losses tracked by year generated. #### **State Apportionment Summary** Provides a listing of all states for which apportionment data has been entered and summarizes the data across investments. #### **Tax Basis Report** Report of Tax Basis 1 and Tax Basis 2 rollforward and detail. Supported Columns: ###### Investment Name, EIN/Reference Number Type, Classification, \[Beginning Tax Basis    Description, Amount\], Capital Contributions for Year, Current Year Increase (decrease), \[Tax Adjustments, Description, Amount\], Withdrawals and Distributions, Ending Tax Basis #### **K-1 Taxable Line Item Summary** A condensed version of the K-1 Income Summary, showing Taxable Income Lines. #### **Transferee Identification List** Provides a listing of transferees for relevant Federal Forms as well as their EIN or Reference ID number assigned. ### **Status** #### **Full Investment Listing** Excel only. Mirrors the columns on the dashboard. Also provides a brief audit history of status changes, the date invested in (if completed), and comments. #### **Uploaded Documents Report** Provides a listing of all documents uploaded for all investments in the instance. ### **Analysis** #### **Tax Return Reporting Summary** Lists the line items on Form 1065 and the amounts that would be reported on each line based on the current mappings on the K-1 Income/Expense Summary on Review Investments. #### **Transferee Summary** Listing of all transferees generated from each investment for Form 926, 5471, and 8865. Provides transfer information details by investment #### **Rolling Transferee Summary** Listing of all transferees generated from each investment for Form 926, 5471, and 8865 on a rolling 12 month basis. Provides transfer information details by investment #### **State Income Summary** Mirrors the columns on the State Unrelated Business Income tab and the State Taxable Income tab under Review Investments. #### **PTP Loss Report** Reports suspended losses and allowed losses for all Publicly Traded Partnerships on an Investment-by-Investment basis. #### **Capital Account Analysis** Provides information on the Year End ownership percentage and summarizes the capital rollforward present on the front page of Schedule K-1 #### **K-1 Comparison Report** Provides a comparison between line amount types for selected investments. ### **Advanced Reporting** #### **Form 8621 Foreign Disclosures** Summary of 8621 (PFIC) information across the portfolio #### **Form 8886 Foreign Disclosures** Summary of 8886 information across the portfolio ### **Standard Row Template** Available in Federal, Estimate, Reclass, State, Book, Federal and State UBI. Exports K-1 information into excel by K-1 type. ### **Instance Summary Report** Exports and summarizes, K1 and 1099 information into a single report that aggregates totals by income type, like interest or dividends, to more simply tie our values to the tax return. -
