E-File Validation Tool not running.

Issue: The e-file validation tool does not work. It just spins.

Cause: "Various" being used vs an actual date in a date field in Form 4797.

Resolution: 

1. Click on the edit icon (Pencil).
2. Type a date or use the date picker to choose an actual date.
3. Click Done.
4. Click "Save" in the Tools Bar.
