F990 Validation Error | 'USAddress' in Namespace Has Invalid Child Element

Issue

Address information is missing. Review and correct address. We often see that the City is entered in the Address 2 field in error or not entered at all.

Solution

Make sure the address is filled out completely. Address Line 1, City, State and Zip Code are required fields.

Example from Schedule R where no city is entered.
