How do I resend an already submitted Conflict of Interest questionnaire?

Issue: An interested person has submitted an incomplete Conflict of Interest questionnaire.

Resolution: The interested person's questionnaire needs to be unlocked and resent.

How to resolve:

1. Navigate to Conflict of Interest Module
2. Click on any of the white spaces under any of the blue column headers
3. Navigate to the Recipients' Status tab
4. Click on the lock icon under the Actions column to unlock the questionnaire
5. Click on the envelope icon under the Actions column to resend the questionnaire
