How to Activate Form 8995

Note: This form is specific to Trusts.

1. Navigate to Tax Forms -> Form 990-T -> 990-T Parts I, II and III Tab.
2. Scroll down to Part I - Unrelated Trade or Business Income -> Form 990-T, Part I, Line 9 .
3. Check the box to activate Form 8995 .
4. Click the "Save" button in the Tools bar.
