Missing Data: If Schedule B (Form 990, 990-EZ, or 990-PF), checkbox for "General Rule" is checked or "Special Rules" first checkbox '...met 1/3 support test' is checked or "Special Rules" second checkbox '...received total contributions of more than 1,000' is checked, then one or more entries in Part I "Contributors" ("ContributorInfo") must be provided.

Issue: The checkbox for "General Rule" or "Special Rules" on Schedule B is selected, but no contributor information was included in the submission.

Resolution:

1. Navigate to Tax Forms -> Form 990 -> Schedule B
2. Click Add Item or Import Items to add Contributors

• • Click Add Item to add one contributor at a time
  • Click Import Items to use the import template to add multiple contributors at once

1. Click the "Save" button in the Tools Bar
