• Foreign Form Requirements on Transfer Summary — The foreign form checkboxes on the Review Investments Transfer Summary screen are now read-only, with an info icon explaining that these requirements are set on a per-investment basis under Manage Investments.
• 1099-B to CCH Capital Gains and Losses Mapping — Expanded the 1099-B → CCH mapper to support multiple applicable Form 8949 codes per transaction (Code 1/2/3), added the D (accrued market discount) code, corrected W (wash sale) to require a non-zero disallowed amount rather than firing on presence alone, and added term code population (S/L) for short- and long-term transactions alongside the existing M (collectibles) handling.

Federal Forms

• Form 8865 — Corrected XML output so generated files meet e-filing requirements for OneSource Income Tax, resolving import validation errors.
• Form 5471 — Fixed an issue where the filer's state address did not update correctly on the generated form.
• Schedule K-3 Indicator (Box 16) — The "Schedule K-3 is attached" checkbox now reflects the value from the source K-1 instead of being automatically unchecked when Schedule K-3 pages are not included in the upload.
• Partner’s Capital Account Analysis - Fixed an issue where withdrawals and distributions intentionally marked as a negative were changing signs to a positive value. A flag now allows users to confirm the negative representation intentionally.
• Federal/State UBI Tab — Fixed an issue where amounts entered on the Taxable Income tab did not carry over to the UBI tab.

Reports

• Instance Summary Report — Fixed an issue where the 1099 output was missing K-1s in the Summary tab.

Integrations

• CCH Axcess Ending Capital — Fixed an issue where negative Item L withdrawal/distribution amounts were incorrectly affecting the ending capital balance after integrating with CCH.
• Desktop Tool Visibility — Fixed an issue where the desktop tool was not available when only one integration subscription was active.

Public API

• State Values on Coded Line Items — Fixed an issue where state values were missing for coded line items 11, 13, 18, 19, and 20 in the Public API response and exported .k1x file.
• State of Residence — Fixed an issue where an instance with Alabama selected as the state of residence displayed an empty value in the UI.
• Digital K1x File Download — Fixed an issue where downloading the digital K1x file for an investment with multiple activities only included the first activity.

Performance & Stability

• Fixed an issue where editing a K-1 with a large number of line items could cause the application to become unresponsive.
• Improved page load performance on the Edit Investment screen by removing a redundant data call.
