Check out the following changes that have been introduced as part of this K1x release.

990 Tracker

Bug Fixes

  • Form 990 (Tax Year 2024): This release addresses an issue which caused the 2025 version of Form 990, 990-PF and 990-T to overwrite the 2024 version of the PDF within 990 Tracker.

    Returns printed between 3:00PM EST on 02/25/2026 and 12:00 PM EST on 02/26/2026 should be reviewed and reprinted as needed.

What’s New & Improved

Smoother navigation with a more intuitive workflow order

  • We standardized the left navigation experience and reordered Entity sections to better match how users complete work.

     

Entity + Investor pages are easier to scan and jump around

  • We streamlined these pages by removing the right-side Table of Contents and adding a Jurisdiction search to quickly jump to the section you need, plus a right-side scroll indicator.

Faster project creation for single-tenant users

  • If you only have access to one Tenant, the Tenant field now auto-populates when creating a new project—saving clicks.

     

Fixes

K-3 packaging: Federal is required

  • Federal can no longer be deselected when uploading a K-3 to prevent incomplete package configurations.

     

International investors: address fields updated

  • Non-US investors can now be saved without requiring State/Province and Postal Code.

Printed package font consistency

  • Fixed an issue where generated packages could display an unexpected font.

     

General stability improvements

  • Reliability updates for K2/K3 migrations and a fix for the Data Integration modal loading behavior.
