Check out the following changes that have been introduced as part of this K1x release.

990 Tracker

Features

  • Enabled States (2025): User Interface and PDF generation have been enabled for the following additional states: IA and MA.
  • Louisiana Form 8879-SO (2024): The Form 8879-SO for Louisiana has been updated to display relevant data on the PDF, where applicable.
  • Form 8949: The Form 8949 has been updated to display "Various" for acquisition date on the PDF when this option is selected.
Bug Fixes

  • Form 990, Part I, Line 1 and Part III, Line 1 (2025): Resolved an issue with the presentation of Mission Statement text on the lines indicated.

  • Form 990, Schedule F: Resolved an issue that caused the printing of Schedule F to fail. 
  • Form 990, Part VII, Line 10: Resolved an issue where the Institutional trustee checkbox did not display on the PDF for the specified line of the form.
  • Form 990/990-PF/990-T - Paid Preparer: Resolved an issue where the paid preparer digital signature did not appear on the PDF, when selected.
  • Arkansas AR1100NOL: Resolved an issue that prevented selection of Form AR1100NOL for data input. 
  • Colorado Form CO-112: Resolved an issue with the calculation of the extended due date.
  • New York Form NYS CT-13: Resolved an issue with the printing of the required federal attachment. Form 990-T will now be included when printing the NYS CT-13.
  • West Virginia Form WV CIT-120: Resolved an issue where the PDF failed to print when input exceeds 10 digits.
