What Changed

Jurisdictions / K-1 GS Exports
  • New State Exports — Added K-1 GS export support for *Alabama, Alaska, Colorado, Delaware, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, and North Carolina*. Each jurisdiction is now available as a target for K1X General Standard export from the K-1 Packager.


  • Rounding Investor Performance — Activated the rounding-investor performance fix across additional jurisdictions, improving K-1 totals accuracy when a rounding investor is configured.


K-3 (International)
  • K-3 Tab Converted to Grid — The K-3 tab has been converted to a unified AG Grid layout, aligning K-3 data entry with the grid-based experience used elsewhere in K1 Creator.


Fixes (Bugs / Stability)

K-1 Generation
  • Package Generation Failures Resolved — Fixed an issue where certain package configurations were unreliable and would fail to generate intermittently or not at all.


  • Schedule K-3 Attached Checkbox — Fixed an issue where Box 16 "Schedule K-3 attached" did not auto-check on Schedule K-1 when K-3 data was present. The checkbox now correctly reflects whether K-3 data exists for the investor.


  • Massachusetts Form Generation — Fixed an issue where Massachusetts state forms generated with no data from K-1 Builder/Federal in the K-1 Packager. MA forms now populate correctly from upstream sources.


  • Partner Number Header — Fixed an issue where the Partner Number header on supporting statements was static and did not honor the investor's Partner Number. The header now reflects the correct per-investor value.


Jurisdiction Output
  • Indiana — Code Field PDF Output — Fixed an issue where non-numeric values entered for "Code" and "Certification Number" in K-1 Builder (Additional State Data Code, Addback/Deduction Code) appeared blank on the generated Indiana PDF. Non-numeric entries now render correctly on the PDF.


Projects Dashboard
  • Investor Count — Fixed an issue where the Investor count on the Projects dashboard was incorrect or failed to update. The count now reflects the current investor population accurately.


Project / Entity Information
  • Project Configuration Pluralization — Fixed an issue on the Entry Information page where the Project Configuration section text was pluralized even when only a single setting was present.


  • Statements "Select Template" View — Fixed an issue where the "Select Template" view continued to display despite project-level statements no longer existing in the application.


  • Investor Import Template Alignment — Resolved inconsistencies between the Entity-Specific Investor Import Template and K1 Creator fields, ensuring the import template matches current field definitions.


Statement Editor
  • Negative Number Formatting — The Statement Editor output now correctly converts parentheses to a negative sign, and the auto-prepended "$" on interpolated amounts has been removed.


  • Cell Resizing — Fixed an issue where Statement Editor table cell resizing was unresponsive and the default cell size was too small. Cells are now responsive, and the default size has been increased.


Grids
  • AG Grid Sorting & Filtering Consistency — Fixed inconsistent sorting/filtering of numeric and text values across AG Grids in K1 Creator. Sorting and filtering now behave consistently regardless of column data type.
