Part I

Yes on Form 990, Part IV, line 33.

Part II

Yes on Form 990, Part IV, line 34, because it had one or more related tax-exempt organizations during the tax year.

Part III

Yes on Form 990, Part IV, line 34, because it had one or more related organizations treated as a partnership during the tax year.

Part IV

Yes on Form 990, Part IV, Line 34, because it had one or more related organizations treated as a coroporation or trust during the tax year.

Part V

Yes on Form 990, Part IV, line 34, 35b, or 36.
*Line 2 is triggered by answering "Yes" to Lines 35b or Line 36 in Form 990, Part IV

Part VI

Yes on Form 990, Part IV, line 37.
