990 Tracker follows the IRS instructions for sorting Part VII: "List the persons required to be included in Part VII, Section A, in order from highest to lowest compensation based on the sum of columns (D), (E), and (F) for each person. When the amount of total compensation is the same, list the persons in the following order: individual trustees or directors, institutional trustees, officers, key employees, highest compensated employees, and former such persons."
Users can manually sort any of the entries reported in Form 990, Part VII. To the far right of each record, there is a "sort order" field. A user can assign the numbering order that they want the records to appear in, and then click "sort" at the top of the table. This will rearrange the ordering as the user has dictated to the system. Remember to save after using the "sort" feature.
