Remove Paid Preparer's Signature

Issue:

I’m trying to get the signature form to print without a preparer’s signature. Every time I download, it has the signature part filled in. I need to send a copy without the signature.

Solution:

You can change this by selecting 'No' in the Paid Preparer section on the 'Digital Signature' line. After updating, save your changes and you can print the 8453 with a blank preparer's signature line.

• Open Paid Preparer page
• Set the "Digital Signature" option to 'No'
• Save changes
• Print/Download PDF
