The 'http://www.irs.gov/efile:CountryCd' element is invalid - The value 'NONE' is invalid according to its datatype 'http://www.irs.gov/efile:CountryType' - The Enumeration constraint failed.

Solution

1. Navigate to Tax Forms -> Form 990 -> Schedule I, Part II
2. Click on "Export Items" button
3. Click the "Delete All" button (Confirm the data has been downloaded first)
4. Update the template with "US" as the Address Type (column B) and "United States" as the country (column K).
5. Click the "Import Items" button
6. Upload the updated template
