The element 'BusinessRepresentative' in namespace 'http://www.irs.gov/efile' has invalid child element 'PhoneNum' in namespace 'http://www.irs.gov/efile'. List of possible elements expected: 'PersonName' in namespace 'http://www.irs.gov/efile'. PersonName is missing from element BusinessRepresentative.

 

Check Your Signer Form

  • Open General Information > Signers section
  • Enter Signer information for Federal and State
  • Save and run validation again
