K1 Aggregator 

• K-1 Upload Scope Selection: To add flexibility to the upload process, upon upload of new K-1s, users will be able to determine whether Federal, State, or Federal & State information is extracted for the uploaded batch of K-1s. 
• Manage Investments - Saved Views: New capability to name and save a view for quick access to your own "view" of the Manage Investments table. Saved Views will capture information including column order, column visibility, column widths, sorting, and filters.

• The following review investment sections have been converted into a table grid, allowing for filtering, customization of columns, and export (right-click export): 

  • K-1 Income/Expense Summary
  • 1040 Reporting Summary
  • State Taxable Income 
  • Foreign Transfer Summary
• Expanded Rollover Capabilities: the new enhanced rollover modal supports the choice of rolling over investment level activities and/or 199A activities, in addition to rolling over K-1 investments from prior year. 
  • In conjunction with this capability, if a user chooses to rollover investment activities/199A activities for certain K-1 investments from prior year, the uploading of new K-1s in the current year will attempt to match and find existing investment activities/199A activities for any rolled over K-1s and append them rather than starting net new. • Manage Investments - Download Digital K-1 File: users can now click on the "3 dot" menu in the tools column and select "Download Digital K-1 File" to download the associated .k1x file for that investment. 
• Edit Investments - Delete Activity: New ability to delete non-root activities for any K-1 investment. Click on the trash can icon to delete.
